Ivan Kapkov IB Literature & Performance Monday : Today I woke up as usual at 7:00 in the morning, cooked my self-breakfast and then started looking at my high school album and dream about howdy life would change if I was a regular girl. Later today my mother came home she was very upset and angry. I had no idea why but when she ripped up the paper I understood that the reason she is angry is that of me, I figured out what she was ranting about. After she lectured me about how I should become a responsible and strong woman, I really did try to explain to her why I just could not go out and talk to people but I knew that would just make her mad, and I’m not the person who likes to argue. Late at night, Tom came back from work, as usual, he argued with mother and went to see a movie.  Tuesday : Tonight I woke up from a scary dream about how someone who I like will manage to break my favourite glass figure a Unicorn. Character Progress and Important events

Ivan Kapkov IB Literature & Performance Ms. Guarino Amanda enrolls Laura to a business college, hoping that she will make her own profit and will support family with money.  Laura secretly drops out of the college and stops attending classes.  Tom brings his friend Jim to a  family dinner, Amanda immediately realizes that Jim might be the person who can marry Laura and support family with his money.  Laura realizes that she had a crush on Jim when they were in High school. Tom got fired from his job not long after Jim left their house.  Tom leaves his mother and Laura behind and continues his writer career.
