Reflection Pt2 " final draft "

Ivan Kapkov IB Literature & Performance Ms. Guarino The Glass Menagerie scene project opened a new world for me as well as showed me how hard actors work to perform in theatres in front of an audience of thousands. This project introduced me to that hard work that constantly requires changes in the script and getting confused with your lines, being nerves before, after, and during the performance. Another lesson that I've learned from my unfortunately unsuccessful performance is how hard it is to be on the stage and perform in front of the audience. It was really hard to show the audience that you’re a part of the character that you are playing and that you can manage to connect to the scene. First draft feedback

Ivan Kapkov IB Literature & Performance Ms. Guarino First draft Feedback On the feedback that I and my group received after our performance I understood that our performance wasn't presented in a way we expected it to be, but we learned a good amount so that we can improve our performance as well as our techniques. I’m working on my tempo and I will figure out the way to bring the same energy to the audience but with different speed. Stage usage was a major tool that I and my teammates, unfortunately, didn’t use, indeed my scene does require stage movement to show the audience the conflict between Laura and Tom. This nuance will play a big role in our play and if we will manage to fix it audience will fully understand the output of conflict and re...
