Telling a story or performing, in this case, requires you of fitment and trust towards yourself, before trusting others and letting do their part of any job you have to be confident in yourself. When it comes to a point when you have to perform in front of people/audience, you have to trust not only your peers, at first you have to believe in yourself. Making hard decisions and being the leader is what will contribute you not only as a good actor/performer or a leader it will show everyone your commitment and your respect for others. After maintaining confidence in yourself, you can move onto others and help them to achieve the peak of their prime. Some people do not have leadership as their forte, in that case, they have to stick to their part and contradict all of their work to their performance. Each performance or job requires commitment; you can define engagement in various structures from delivering proper content to going beyond the task. Going beyond basics by putting in extra work, to taking up others’ parts and delivering extra help/service to others show dedication and extreme level of commitment. Being punctual and prepared to take responsibility for yourself and for others, ability to attend all the rehearsal and handle all the obligations in front of you and your partners is the way to deliver your commitment and ability to work hard to the audience. Performance contains various steps, from memorising you dialogues to emotional expressing your character in front of the audience. Before actor is completely ready to go on the stage and able to perform in front of people, he must control his voice, body posture, facial expression and ability to understand his character and the rest of the cast. To deliver proper emotions each actor has to be connected to his character in a relatable way so that when it comes to the point when you have to deliver your character's story and personality you will be able to show him not only from your perspective but also his. Last but list, for performance to contain stability and strength there has to be a connection between the actors, without chemistry any rehearsals and work will lead the story to the failure. Maintaining connection throughout the performance is not enough, to create a proper understanding between the actors there has to be some connection and resemblance; to have that, each actor has to deliver some information to the group and share something about his personality and him as an individual. Each of the points that I’ve listed has is included in our performance, without this steps we won’t be able to deliver the performance that we are going for.
